Clearly not the village idiots in Enniscorthy! I noted this graffiti after last weekend and I wonder just how long it will take our wonderful council to get around to removing it? Incidentally, the small stencil applied graffiti (bottom right corner) has been on the monument for months.On a happier note the rag/flag that had been flying outside the '98 Centre, which I posted about on the 16th July, has been replaced with a new one. Update: Oct.20th and no effort has been made to clean up the monument.
